- Kitchen including wiping out all drawers, cupboards and cabinets, cleaning the fronts and handles of cabinets as needed, back splash, counters, sink, oven, range, refrigerator, light fixtures and windows as needed.
- Bathrooms including wiping out all drawers and cabinets, cleaning the fronts and handles of cabinets as needed, counters, sinks, mirrors, toilets, showers and light fixtures.
- Bedrooms and shared living spaces including dusting as needed, cleaning out window gutters and wiping down door knobs, light switches, plugs, light fixtures, any remaining appliances and any other high touch surfaces such as banisters.
- Floors will be vacuumed and uncarpeted areas moped.
