SparkleMafia gift certificates are issued and managed by SparkleMafia.

2. Use of Gift Certificates

• Gift certificates may be redeemed for cleaning services provided by SparkleMafia.
• They are not redeemable for cash, and no change will be issued for unused value.
• Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase additional gift certificates.

3. Redemption

• To redeem, please provide your gift certificate number at the time of booking.
• Gift certificates must be shown at the time of service.
• Valid only within our service area on the Kitsap Peninsula.

4. Expiration

Unless stated otherwise, gift certificates are valid for
12 months from the purchase date.
Any unused balance will expire after this period.

5. Lost or Stolen Gift Certificates

SparkleMafia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift certificates.
Treat them as you would cash. Replacement may be issued at our discretion with proof of purchase.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds are not provided for unused balances.

7. Promotional Gift Certificates

Complimentary or promotional gift certificates may include additional restrictions,
including expiration dates and usage limitations.

8. Amendments to Terms

SparkleMafia may update these terms at any time.
Updates will be published on our website.
Continued use of a gift certificate indicates acceptance of any changes.

9. Liability

SparkleMafia is not responsible for unauthorized access, misuse,
or delays in service caused by circumstances beyond our control.
